Run the floor, coach the team, and own the guest experience during your shift.
You open or close, run the schedule in the moment, and keep service moving when it gets busy. You will coach new team members and make sure every order goes out right.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in food service or retail
- Comfortable leading a small team
- Open or close availability
- Florida food-safety certification or willing to earn one
